Terms and Conditions
Please note:
- Zoe Sugg will not be attending the event.
- You must be available to travel to the Central London Area, W10, on Thursday 7th September 2017 during the day.
- You must be 14 years of age or over to enter the competition, but if you are under 16 you must be accompanied by a parent/ guardian.
- 60 winners will be selected at random and informed via direct message on Instagram on Tuesday 29th August 2017.
- Winners will be required to RSVP within 48 hours with their email address to secure their place at the event.
- Final event details and time slots will be confirmed to each winner by 6th September 2017.
- On confirmation of winning a place you will be given a designated time slot for arrival and given a 1 hour time slot to view Zoella’s Winter Wonderland and interactive areas along with a friend (plus guardian if you are under 16).
- The winners must bring a printed or digital copy of their winner’s email and all members of the Winning Party must bring proof of ID to gain entry to the event.
- Each winner plus their friend will receive one goody bag each containing products from the Zoella range.
- Travel and any other expenses required to attend the event are not included.
- This will be a closed, ticketed event - we may be forced to cancel the event if winners leak or provide details given about location to other non-winners.
- You must be a UK resident to enter the competition.
Terms and Conditions
- Entry to Zoella’s Winter Wonderland (the “Prize Draw”) is open to UK residents 14 and over, except employees or any related companies, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
- No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
- To enter the Prize Draw, a) like the Winter Wonderland Competition post on Instagram, b) follow @ZoellaBeauty on Instagram and @ZoellaLifestyle on Instagram. If you are under 16, please make sure you get your parent or guardian’s permission to enter the Prize Draw.
- Entries must be received by 23:59 on 28/08/2017.
- There is a limit of two entries per person (by liking the competition post on both @ZoellaLifestyle and @ZoellaBeauty Instagram channels). Entries that are delivered late, are illegible, incomplete, damaged or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
- There will be 60 prize winners who will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 29/07/2017.
- The winners will receive entry for themselves and 1 friend only to visit the exclusive Zoella Winter Wonderland at a location in the London area to take place on Thursday 7th September 2017, (the “Event”). If a winner is aged 14 or 15, this winner is to bring with them a nominated companion who must be aged 18 or older. The winners, their guest and companions, (together the “Winning Party”) may be asked to provide proof of age upon arriving at the event. There will be a maximum of 3 people in the Winning Party.
- Goody Bag Prize will be allocated to the winner and their 1 friend only. Maximum of 2 goody bags available per Winning Party.
- The winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message on Tuesday 29th August 2017 and must respond with their email address within 48 hours to initially secure their place. An email will then be sent to the winners, who must reply with the required information within 24 hours of receipt to confirm attendance. If either of these conditions are not followed, then SLG Beauty reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner selected in accordance with these terms and conditions. Any decision of SLG Beauty as to eligibility to take part in the Prize Draw or the result of the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. SLG Beauty accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, lost, damaged or illegible.
- Final event details and time slots will be confirmed to each winner between the 5th September and 6th September 2017.
- The winners must be available to attend the Event in the Central London area on Thursday 7th September 2017 during the day inclusive. Winners will be responsible for making their own travel arrangements in order to attend the Event. All expenses, including travel costs, accommodation, food, beverages, spending money, telephone calls, personal items, merchandise and souvenirs, incidental and other costs charges taxes or expenses which may be incurred by the winners in claiming the prize and attending the Event will not be included and will be the sole responsibility of the Winning Party.
- The winners must bring a printed or digital copy of their winner’s email and all members of the Winning Party must bring proof of ID to the Event. SLG reserves the right to refuse entry if proof of winning email or ID cannot be provided.
- There are no cash alternatives to the prize.
- SLG Beauty reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute an alternative to any of the prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
- SLG Beauty reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw, and/or the Event. If the event location leaks to other non-winners before or on the day of the Event, and no compensation will be offered to winners.
- Entry to the competition implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The winners may be required to participate in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Prize Draw, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and press purposes.
- The prizes will be arranged by SLG Beauty only. Goody bag and product selection is final and cannot be exchanged or replaced for cash or an alternative.
- The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts.
